Charities Act 2006

Reason why it should be put on the Bonfire

This act redefined the definition of charity that had existed satisfactorily since 1661. It was mainly introduced to attack 'public schools' which claim tax\benefit for the chaitable purpose of providing education.

It is a bald faced attempt by the socialists to close private schools by starving them of money. Private education is a right of all people and the state has no business destroying these valuable services for their ideological ends.
